She turned up at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame with news that she’s back in the studio with some very exciting people. Whitney, how do we love you… Let us count the ways.
Who would you most like to see Whitney working with, apart from the obvious Bee Gees, Barry Manilow and Ray Quinn from X Factor?
How about Johnta Austin, the man who bagged a Grammy for writing one of Mariah’s comeback tunes, ‘We Belong Together’ (yes, please)? Or maybe Dianne Warren, the lady in sensible shoes behind songs like Aerosmith’s ‘Don’t Want To Miss a Thing’ and Cher’s ‘Turn Back Time’ (ooh, super dooper yes please)?
The bad news is that there’s also going to be… let’s just call it ‘material’ by R. Kelly of ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ fame. Still no news about that cover of ‘Ra-Ra-Rasputin’.
