Do you like a cup of tea?
Do you like a Claridge’s?
Ooh, well, you mayeth liketh this:
Not only is it a bunch of dogs in scarves, ties and other assorted neck-wear taking tea together, it’s also what is known in the business as a charity event, for-to raise money for things.
In this instance tea. No sorry, dogs. Dogs who like tea. What?
What-it-is-is, a bunch of dogs had ‘Tea in Claridge’s’, only drop the quote marks ’cause they really did have tea in Claridge’s. Which is a risky business if you ask us, what with it being a haunt of ole Gordy Ramsay and we all know his penchant for exotic meat dishes.
Anyways, the whole point of this animal-led fun is to raise money for less fortunate animals, and is all down to loveliness stemming from The Blue Cross, which is a charity for, well less fortunate animals.
Of which we approve mightily.
Also, Martin Freeman, ‘im off-o’t telly, is its celebrity ‘face’, a fact that also makes us like him more.
So all in all, happiness.
It’s dogs, it’s madness, it’s dog madness!
