A story of multi-talented-ness on the part of Kylie off-of Kylie part seven hundred thousand million billion. Trillion.

Aren't I clever!

Kylie Minogue is in talks to design a line of home furnishings for a bunch of British department stores.

Which is ironic considering she lives down the side of a DFS corner sofa (bought during one of their weekly ‘Once in a Lifetime’ sales).

Clever people who make things.

Q’est ce que c’est que c’est que c’est?

And here’s for why. The cheeenius (we’re sure) movie of Stephen ‘gayser’ Sondheim’s cheeenius musical Sweeney Todd The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (think songs with titles ‘The Worst Pies in London’) starring Dame Johnny Depp comes out at Christmas. And it’s directed by Tim Burton so you know it’ll be madder than a box of hair.

Also coming this Christmas is the probably-even-more-cheenius Golden Compass, a blasphemous fantasy-type thing based on the Philip Pullman books that will blow all the snow right off the follow-up to The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. Here’s a four-minute excerpt, which we feel you should watch. Shall we just say ‘Daniel Craig’ to tempt you… (more…)
