Backed up by John Barrowman, gayer star of Torchwood and Dr. Who, the campaign is designed to help tackle homophobic abuse in schools. The message is basically that it’s time for kids to grow the fuck up and get with the programme. Already. For crying out loud.

Back to the case in hand – this is a brilliant campaign. Level-headed, realistic, and highly effective. Like a few of you have said, it’s an argument that no-one can come back from – and if they do they’ll quite rightly be shown to be assholes.
So it will go something like this … graf pen at the ready … “SOME PEOPLE ARE GAY. GET OVER IT! …. and then everyone who is a suspected gay at a school will have ‘GET OVER IT’ yelled at them in a poofy voice.
It’s not that I think this is a bad campaign, and it’s certainly a GOOD idea … it’s just that kids are cunts. Always.
