Frankly these sounds more like the yogic positions we attempted to do without passing wind last night, but if Oprah’s a fan, it must be ok, right?
Meanwhile Dr. Me-Me-Me identified some alternative categories that also aide weight loss. The pig, the lumpen, the troll, the sloth, the grub and the beginning-to-sag beachball.
Both of the above diets are tried and tested and mainly involve putting down the breadcrumbed product and replacing with something that doesn’t glow-in-the-dark with chemicals and fat.
