Oh, look, the baton is being passed (can we now have a six-month break from David Tennant on telly? Well, he was on the BBC a total of 75 times over the Christmas)

Who are you?

Personally, we don’t get it. Never have, never will (unless the new Doctor Who starts doing his world-saving act in white Speedos, that is). Doctor Who. Not funny, not scary, not anything. Just a bit stupid. Too much running around, too many silly monsters, too much too much. And if Catherine Tate can’t save your arse, nothing can.

Which is why we greet this first promo picture of the handover from one Time Lord to the first Time Lady (well, here’s hoping) with a ‘pfah’. But we know there are gays out there who are hot for it so who are we to judge?

  2. I never liked Doctor Who until the modern return of it. You can’t really knock the writing, the acting or the balance of drama, comedy and sci-fi, in my opinion. It’s a good show! I’m a little in love with David Tennant. A bit concerned about this new Doctor Matt Who-ever … and he looks like he’s not ‘set’ yet.
