Which collaboration did you most enjoy and would like to work with again?

What’s your favourite cake from Ottolenghi (on Upper St)? I see her in there all the time but I’ve never seen her with a cake.

Throughout your 21 year career you released many great singles. However you left some of your finest moments as album tracks such as the amazing “Saint” from The Hush and “What About Us” from Red Book. Is there a special song(s) you regret not releasing as a single?
