This is the guy playing Boy George in a new bio pic. So they’re going for realism

Now, we won’t hear a bad word about Boy George. Won’t have you in the house unless you have nice things to say. Go on, get out! And take that friend of yours with you.
In fact, the only thing we strongly disapprove of in Will & Grace was when Will (who we strongly disapprove of in Will & Grace) dissed The Boy.
But… we think maybe it’s stretching things a little far to cast Douglas Booth - him up there - as Lady Mr. George in the BBC’s new biopic. Yes, he was pretty(ish) as a young thing, but not this pretty. Not by a very long piece of teacher’s chalk.
Also starring are our very close and talented friend, one Mr. Mark Gatiss of Dr. Who/League of Gentlemen/anything to do with Agatha Christie or Sherlock Holmes-fame as Malcolm McLaren and Matthew Horne off-of Catherine Tate and Gavin and Stacey as drummer/ladylove to Boy George, Jon Moss.
It’s called Worried About the Boy and we are all anticipation.

- We’re actually still trying to work out who Kim Kardashian is. In the meantime, let’s look at this magazine cover.
- Horrible door.
- Which English actor who we already have a major crush on has a bottom like this?
- Cheryl and Ashley are finally divorced. The world stops moving, like in that show FlashForward that was on Channel Five, ergo, nobody watched it.
- And the Marc Jacobs award for Never Knowingly Appearing in a Photograph With a Shirt On Goes To… (rustle, rustle of envelope being opened) Jake Shears!

Douglas Booth’s nipples are extraordinarily large.
That hair must get irritating.
The film only covers the early years through to heroin recovery … so I think the casting is quite good. George wasn’t truly porgy until the mid-90s.
