If you’re going to get your knickers off, make sure it’s for a good cause. Or for sex. Which is the best cause.

Hoping it's not a real tattoo

We loved her calling Becky a smack-head in Monday’s Coronation Street and we love her even more campaigning against fur in this new PETA ad.

Her name is Kate Ford – no relation to Anna Ford, Romford or Ford’s motor vehicles – she plays Traceylove Barlow in the North’s Corrie (she’s the one who was absent upstairs playing her tapes throughout her adolescence, emerging only to beat seven shades of the brown stuff out of Charlie, her lover, with an ornament), currently serving time at Her Majesty’s pleasure (and you know how HM loves her pleasure) for murder or similar.

She objects to bears being trapped, shot and skinned for Guardsmen’s helmets. As do we, though we do love a Guardsman.

And a Guardsman’s helmet.
