Michael Gove, the Education Minister who looks like he picks his nose and eats it, thinks that equality rules are all well and good, but not in our schools, please!
When confronted by someone very high up at the TUC (no, not a crisp cheesy biscuit, but the Trades Union Congress) with a leaflet that was being bandied about in a Roman Catholic school, he said that rules against discrimination didn’t extend to schools. Isn’t that where rules against discrimination are most hotly needed? Isn’t that where children are taking their own lives because of discrimination?
‘The education provisions of the Equality Act 2010 which prohibit discrimination against individuals based on their protected characteristics (including their sexual orientation) do not extend to the content of the curriculum,’ he said, using ‘w’s where most people would use ‘r’s because he is so ridiculously posh and spoilt.
‘Any materials used in sex and relationship education lessons, therefore, will not be subject to the discrimination provisions of the act.’
So, retarded Christians and other religios can go about telling gay children who don’t know any better (because their parents are also probably retarded) they are wrong and dirty and sinful and going to die in a pot of burning oil and go direct to hell where their bodies will be scavenged on for the rest of all eternity and that’s OK? In the 21st century? In Her Majesty’s United Kingdom?
Bunk, sir, say we.
Fuck you, you cunt, sir, say we.
Gay? That'll be an unhealthy relationship with your father, an inability to relate to other guys, or even sexual abuse. (That's what Michael Gove thinks constitutes appropriate teaching in Britain's *salutes* schools.),
