When did Prince Harry become such a twat?

Knob, and not in a good way.

Yes, we know. He’s the one we’re all supposed to think is amazingly laid-back and funny and cool and not like a royal at all. Well, we like the royals and the less Harry acts like one, the less we like him. Let us count the ways in which he is turning into a major jerk.

1. Complaining about the press intrusion. Really? Does the press intrusion not go back to the days of Edward the Confessor? Part of the job, mate. Get on with it.

2. The recent TV interview where he bragged about killing members of the Taliban. Yes, the Taliban are class A arseholes but surely dignity demands that you don’t mouth off about killing people.

3. The fact that he only goes out with girls who look like Page 3 girls. Posh and loaded ones, but Page 3 tacky nevertheless. Exhibit A: Chelsy Davy, who not only doesn’t know how to spell the word ‘Chelsea’ but who looks like a Page 3 hybrid of Miss Piggy and Sharon from EastEnders.

4. ‘You ain’t ever going to find someone who’s going to jump into the position that it would hold. Simple as that,’ he said in a recent interview about girls willing to be in a relationship with him. a). Ain’t? AIN’T? b). Every tart in the country would go there so don’t protest too much, lady c). He’s already going out with MAW (model, actress, whatever) Cressida Bonas. Who – yes! – looks like a posh Page 3 girl.

5. His favourite film is apparently The Hangover. With all the money spent on his education, it’s clear that you can lead a whore to culture, but you can’t make it think.

  1. I totally agree. There’s nothing worse than a total yah trying to have street cred. A prick of the first order.

  2. ‘You can lead a whore to water but you can’t make it think’ is my new favourite line. I’m going to use it at least sporadically.
