This man campaigns against gay marriage because you should only get married if you’re going to have children. He’s 79. She’s 55. Good luck!

Put her down, grandpa

This man here is quite a catch. If you overlook the fact that he looks like he smells.

Not only is he a reverend, he’s also recently widowed, a Christian Democrat MP in Her Majesty’s Australia and an arch-homophobe. He also has false-looking teeth. Well, he is 79.

His name is Fred Nile (nothing to do with disco outfit Chic) and this is a picture of him marrying his second wife, Silvana Nero, a woman of 55 who really needs to dress more appropriately for her age.

And what a lovely occasion the wedding was, even if some of his own children didn’t turn up because of what they saw as the undue haste of the relationship, with Nile starting in on Ms. Nero just four months after his wife died. But then, the human heart knows no rules. Except when that human heart beats in a homosexual chest.

Mr. Nile, you see, has campaigned tirelessly against same-sex marriage in his native New South Wales for the reason that he believes marriage should only be for procreation. Not for bumming or oral or frottage or inter-crullar sex. Just for procreation.

We await news of the happy couple’s baby at any moment.
